The Online Notarization Process
We make the process for online notary as simple as possible.
1. Book Your Appointment
The process begins with booking an appointment. You can do this below, or you can email us at familychildcustodyresources@gmail.com to get in touch to arrange a time for your appointment.
2. Pre-Appointment
Once we have gotten in contact with you and understand your specific notarization request, we will email you a list of required documents. Typically, these documents will consist of the following; the document to be notarized online; and photocopies of two (2) pieces of photo ID (i.e. driver's licence, passport, etc.).
3. Attend Online Notary Appointment
Having received all the necessary documents, we will attend the online notary appointment to verify your identity, ask you to sign your document, have you scan and send the document signed by you back to us via email.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via e-transfer following your appointment. Receipt provided upon request.
5. Post-Appointment
Once we receive your signed document via email, our notary will then sign to complete the notarization process. Following this, the notary will scan the finalized document and email a completed electronic copy back to you.
