Helping couples and families navigate Outside or inside the court system.

A collaborative way to work through conflict.

FCCR helps couples and partners navigate through the family court system, with or without a lawyer, depending on your needs. We aim to help you save money and learn how to resolve issues with spouses and partners without long, drawn-out and expensive court cases.

FCCR will not only help you navigate through the court system, we can provide you with a self representation package for those who choose to self-represent in court.

We offer “one-stop shopping” in regards to information and resources about fighting for custody and access. People can learn their rights and then decide how to proceed.

Our Process

1. Free Consultation

Our process begins with a completely free introductory consultation in which we’ll gather important information about your situation to determine your specific needs and interests.

2. Intake Session

Following your consultation, the intake session will allow you to meet your mediator and gather more detailed information for your file to customize a package of services for you.

3. Mediation

Depending on the package of selected services best suited for your situation, we may proceed with a joint or individual mediation, at your discretion, between parties to begin.
